Shipping Policy
Free shipping on orders of 120€ and over in Spain. Flat-rate 5€ for all orders in Spain. Express shipping 10€. Flat-rate 20€ for all other orders across the globe.
We will provide a tracking number, so you can track your order.
We dispatch our orders from our office in Madrid same day if the order is made before 10am and the next morning if made after. Orders made over the weekend or public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Shipping usually takes 2-5 working days in Spain and 5-8 working days across the globe . If you have not received your package after 10 working days please email us on info@basicsnotbasicthebrand.com and we will help trace the order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange on any full priced, unwashed, unworn and unused swimwear with tag still in place for up to 7 days from the delivery date. Exchanges may be made for different size, style and color. Our pieces are made to fit in all types of bodies, you are going to like it.
Please notify us of the return within 7 days on info@basicsnotbasicthebrand.com and we will provide you with the return address of our office. Please enclose a note with your full name and order number in the return.
For on sale or coupon discounted items all sales are final.
Customers will pay for the return shipping.
We don't refund the money, we provide you a code of the same import, for the next order in our store.
Faulty Goods
All items are checked carefully prior to dispatch, however if you do receive faulty goods please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package on info@basicsnotbasicthebrand.com.
Please email a photo and full description of the fault for return details. We will only accept faulty goods if the goods were received damaged and no attempt has been made to repair the goods. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible we will replace the faulty item. If it is out of stock you will receive a full refund. We are required to inspect any faulty items and recommend that you return them with registered track-able post. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we will gladly pay the packaging and postage cost for the return and replacement.
